SoftSignal is a wellbeing tracking tool designed for seniors and their caregivers. The Service enables daily health check-ins, medication reminders, health trend reporting, and communication between seniors and their trusted circle of care. SoftSignal is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
SoftSignal offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, continued use of the Service requires an active paid subscription. Subscription plans and pricing are displayed during the sign-up process. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to access it through unauthorized means, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content. You are responsible for the accuracy of the health data you enter.
SoftSignal is a wellness tracking tool, not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something observed in the Service.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including text, graphics, logos, and software—are the exclusive property of SoftSignal and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using SoftSignal, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoftSignal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
